There is one small hole near the turtleneck and a darned hole on the right hand shoulder. The size on the label is a 44 IT but it fits smaller (better for a 40 IT). Seen here on a size 40 IT, 5 7". Measurements: Shoulder to Hem 19. 5" Armpit to Armpit 16" Fabric: 100% wool
